I was born with a passion for understanding the deeper layers of human nature and the mystical patterns that shape our lives. My journey began with my own struggles: anxiety, self-worth wounds, and the feeling of being stuck in cycles that didn’t reflect who I truly was. Through spirituality, nervous system work, astrology, and embodiment practices, I learned how to weave those practices into transforming those shadows into light and started to manifest the life I had been dreaming of.

Now, I guide others to do the same. My approach blends ancient wisdom with modern tools – Astrology, EFT tapping, NLP, nervous system regulation, journaling, and mindset frameworks – all designed to help you ground your spirituality into real, lasting change that works for YOU.
